Ben Roger’s Biography

Ben Rogers has been actively involved with property in the UK since the 1990’s. From the purchase of his first property in 1992, he and his wife Linda have built up a healthy property portfolio in Kent.

In 2001 like many investors at the time he came across companies providing training courses on property investment and immersed himself in understanding strategies that worked well. Initially concentrating on buying run down properties that could be improved and re-financed for buy to let, or sold on for a profit, he has since utilized pretty much every strategy from new builds, HMO’s, flat conversions, same day remortgages and sale & rent-backs.

For 8 years Ben had a high street Lettings Agency in Kent, However he now spends his time (when not with his family) on his two main passions which are:

  1. Property sourcing & investing – Finding motivated sellers that he can help move on with their lives, whilst gaining control of the properties for great cashflow.
  2. Property education – Working with property investors, both new and experienced and helping them fine tune their property investing with Option-style strategies.

Ben’s philosophy has always been “the harder I work, the luckier I get”, but with property it has always been about putting the right strategies in place so that you have a sustainable portfolio of properties that cashflow and make you money month after month.

Based in Kent, Ben’s property focus is all about creating cashflow (and lump sums of money) through controlling property using Options and related creative solutions. Ben has become well known as one of the UK’s niche experts in this way of controlling property for profit. You can see some history of his daily activity with his honest, educational, no holds barred, “Big Brother” style .

Ben is a regular contributor to the “Your Property Network” magazine where he writes each month on how to use Options practically. In the magazine you can get monthly advice on property investing with a focus on “property options” and creative property strategies from Ben.
